Passenger door glass install

Is there a trick to installing the roll up door glass on my 64? I cracked the original installing it and have new glass for it.

Trick? Don't crack it.

Seriously, though, people haven't made corrections to this and have been able to follow it. Might be of some help. The Dennis Carpenter catalog also has some instructions as mentioned.
