Body Bushings? Cant find them?

I have a 1995 F350 4x4 4 door, and a 1995 f350 dually extended cab. Both need cab bushings. All the bushings I find say they are not compatible with the diesels? Seems like they would all be the same to me. Body doesn't support the engine, frame does. Can I just order bushings for a gas truck and they will work? Anybody had any experience with this?

Problem solved. I finally got ahold of a suspension shop, what I should have done in the first place.

Back the bolts almost all the way out, but leave them in the body mount, then hit the bolt head with a big hammer. Might wanna spray some parts blaster of something down in them and let then soak a while first.

If they still don't move, this is the method I used. Loop a chain using the bolt you took out the top of the mount thru the links of the chain and into the body mount from below. Put the other side of the looped chain under a floor jack. Then jack up under the frame, if you have the length of the chain tight, as you jack up on the frame it will pull the body mount out with a bang! Clear as mud, right?

Beating on them is almost futile. You will lose most of the shock from hitting it by the by banging it against the RUBBER bushing(think trying to knock a rusty bolt loose hitting it with a rubber mallet)

Make a puller
3" exhaust tubing
7/16 threaded rod and a flat plate of steel

Is that piece at the top of your puller, all there is of the bottom part of the bushing anyway? Reason I'm asking, I'm thinking on getting the sawzall after them. Right under the top metal washer that is bonded to the bushing.

Mine didn't come out anyway I tried until I was able to get my sawzall in there.

That is the lower bushing in the top of my puller(after pulling it free). You don't want to cut the inner sleeve from the "washer". The top and bottom sleeves slide together for a reason
