After some measuring and checking, I determined this was the fitting I needed:

Auto Meter 5255, Auto Meter Temperature Probe Kits | Auto Meter

Probe measured .190 (3/16) So I hope this works. Its ordered and on the way. More waiting...

Got gaskets to get the pipes back in, I think slow but sure it will start all going back together. I shouldn't be in any hurry since we have snow back on the ground, and truck killer to go with it. It will defiantly be nice to have it back together.

Thanks everyone for following along!

No, I pry could have made them work, but Aaron had a couple laying around so he sent them up. Its all good.

Managed to get the drivers pipe on the collector, maybe tomorrow I'll get that all dropped in and have the up pipe job done.

Also, was wondering if I need to put anything on the up pipe bolts like anti seize or locktite?

Well, I can say the up pipe job is 85%complete, minus tightening the bolts. Ended up pulling up the down pipe and dipstick tube. But any way, glad to have that behind me. Slow but steady progress.

Yeah, it seems to be fine. Always shifts consistently, sometimes it will really slam if I get on it, but I figure that's kinda their nature with the vacuum controls.

You say that now Aaron, but for some funny reason I doubt you would say no. I'm finding as I get older and have my kids that I love to spend time with I tend to say I just can't do it more and more. I feel sorry for the peeps I can't help out all the time but hey, family's gotta come first, and there not young for long. 5 more years and the little buggers will probably say **** off dad lol

Yeah this is the first one I've had behind a diesel. I've had 2 behind gassers, they all pretty much shifted the same. That is one thing I like, they are always consistent, no matter how you run them. I like them, only major draw back is no OD.

Hey Aaron, I need a C6 built, you think you could do that?? Lol just kidding.

Yeah that M-12 was an adventure, I'm sure you expanded your vocabulary while you were working on it.
