tps 94 5.0

i need to change the tps on my truck do i have to remove the trottle body to do it? and does it need to be adjusted?

Once you install it you can test it to see if your getting the right information from it. The throttle body stop screw on the side of the throttle body will have an effect on the TPS by what I read.
