2005 Excursion 6.0l (2005 engine)
Needs a little bit of everything. Main/Urgent thing is I think I need an oil cooler. Getting too big of a difference in Water and Oil temps.
Water warms up faster than Oil by about 20-25 deg more.
Water settles in at about ~190.
Oil catches up and keeps going up to about 220-232.
Difference of 30-42 deg when driving on the highway.
Besides that:
I want to get the new STC fitting installed
Turbo Cleaned and check for intake leaks (got a P0299 and a Whistling noise under hard acceleration)
Engine has a small Oil Leak
Want to do the EGR Delete
Needs Trans Filters and Fluid changed
Probably a Coolant Flush
And want to see what it would cost to get Studded.

I have dealt with Sam Pack Ford in Lewisville, TX for 11 years. Call the service manager Paul Schroeder 972-219-3288 X2244 and he will take care of you. While the prices may be a bit higher than some outfit that does Ford Trucks and everything else, their work is good and it is done right the first time. Paul actually drives a diesel and tows so he knows first hand about the issues you may be having.

I was also recommended to AA Automotive and North TX Diesel, both in Lewisville. Anybody have opinions on either?
