truck died and will not start

2002 7.3 auto 4x4 Driving home other day 40 mph the truck just dies like you turned off key. Had towed home. Hooked up autoenginuity code was p1212 wich is the icp code. It also pulled one other code but for the life of me i cant remember it. Some kind of fuel circut failure. But cleared the codes and it will not come back. I have replaced the icp, even the cps just because i had extra laying around. checked the wiring and dont see any bad wires. It sounds like not getting any fuel. I have removed the fuel filter, drained bowl, and turned on key the bowl fills right back up. Im at a loss here can anyone please help and let me know of anything that i can try.

Thanks

The tin nut on the IPR is not loose or off?

Oil level is good?

Tried to restart with ICP sensor disconnected?

If you have AE, set it to read live data and choose battery voltage, IPR duty cycle, ICP psi, injector pulse width, rpm, engine oil temp, exhaust back pressure and then crack the engine for 20 seconds and watch to see what each of the numbers do and report back. If you do it more than once, be sure to give it a couple of minutes between attempts to let the starter cool down.

Good eye.
Is your Wait to start light illuminating?
Does the tach move when cranking?
If not, fuel bowl heater shorted and blew the fuse for the PCM.
I can't recall which fuse it is, but someone will be along to tell you.
Maybe #30?
Unplug fuel bowl heater, replace blown fuse, start truck.

AE Test on Cranking

Voltage 12.4-13
RPM Around 150-180
EBP 16
IcP Duty Cycle gets up to 100% runs around 95-100
ICP pulse with .06
Engine oil temp 89
ICP only gets to 100psi REAL BAD

did you take a look at the IPR/ tin nut yet. Might be a loose wire or stuck internally and in need of a cleaning

That nut has to be in there somewhere. Fish around with a magnet-on-a-stick for it. In the meantime, there was a thread not too long ago where someone cut a hole in a plastic soda bottle cap and managed to thread it on there as a temporary fix.

You may be able to put it all back on and put a tywrap or another nut on it just to try and see if it fixes the problem.
