Distributor timing curve differences

I've searched around and couldn't find the answer. Does anyone have any documentation on the timing curve differences between a 1976 460 (49-state) distributor and a 1979 400 california distributor? When I swapped my '76 460 into my 1979 I just used the original 400 california distributor and was wondering how different they were.

Can't help with your original request, but why don't you get a recurve spring set and make it what you want? Here's some helpful info.

that is the ultimate goal. I paid the few bucks for the login to the porting instructions a few years ago. I have a set of DOVE heads that I hope to do a little port work on someday.
