2011 ecoboost, fuse #64

I was looking for a blown fuse while trying to figure out why my rear defroster will not work and I noticed that this other fuse was blown(#64 under the hood)...of course the rear defroster fuse isn't blown. Well I replaced the fuse and it blew again. The manual says its for the vacuum pump. Anyone know what this is for? I have no idea how long its been blown and i am past my 36k warranty...not sure if this would still be covered under the power train either.

I'm not sure but I think there is a electric vacuum booster pump to help generate more braking power on the Eco Boost truck. Sounds like something that should be checked out.
