Clutch
Ok guys, I think it is time to upgrade AGAIN.
I currently have a Valair 13" HD Organic clutch in my truck. It works well but does stink when jockeying the trailer. I kinda smoked it last year at the drag strip on a run And last night at the truck pulls I smoked it again(4low 3rd)
I know one day I am going to probably go to stage ones and if the clutch is having problems now, it certainly will then.
I have looked at Valair and SB recommendation pages, But I would like some real world feed back.
The truck tows most of the time and maybe once to twice a year I will go to the drag strip and/or truck pull.
And I am currently putting 300hp to the tires
Both Valair and SB say NO truck pulls Unless I get Iron Sintered or Ceramic. But both which and dam near impossible to tow with
Anyone else have 1st hand info?

Unfortunately I can't help with the truck pulls, but my Valair Kevlar ceramic has done everything else you've mentioned very well. I think it only has about 8k miles on it, but regularly sees close to 10k and 15k a couple weeks ago. Not to mention plenty of hot rodding. Not a single slip and I should be pushing more than 300hp. It's a stiff SOB though and is horid in traffic.
