Upfitter Wiring Question

I have a 2012 Lariat that didn't have the upfitters installed. I only had the trailer brake control and coin tray. My question is are the upfitter wires already in the dash and I just need to get the switch panel and plug into existing harness?

Thx, Kory

To install the Upfitter switches you will need the switch panel and the harness/relay pack.

Switches: AL3Z-13D730-AA
Wire Harness/Relays: BC3Z-14A303-B

Here are the installation instructions from the Ford Body Builders Guide:

Ryan is correct, you need those two parts to install your up fitters. You can buy them from Ford or buy them on eBay from a seller such as Tasca Parts or Fairway Ford (as I did). However in answer to part of your original question, the harness plugs to supply the relay pack and subsequently the switches are already located behind your dash. Pull out your dash panel, mount your relay pack and switches, and plug them in. That's it.

I also have a '12 F350 that came with the upfitters installed. I assume I could just remove the switches and harness from their and install in 250?

AFAIK That should work fine.
