First "real" frost of the season hit my place last night. Because I'm in the "inner city" we usually stay a few degree warmer than the outlying areas. Was -5 on my truck this morning, and the frost on my window was pretty solid.

You know Austin, after looking at that I'm glad I transferred divisions when I did, playin with water on a dredge is not fun, even worse in -40.

Yeah between the chill, bills, prescription and flu shot today was better written off, did'nt feel like getting dirty for an hours work. Minus 7 at CBC on memorial and -5 at the airport, I get the airport weather thanks to the elevation, clouds kept it cool til 3. Got my shopping done, Iv'e got Sobey's for bakery goods , Giant Tiger and Nofrills for sales, all within 3 blocks. Think the flu shot bagged me out as my legs sure got tired fast. Glad I brought the argon bottle in last night, sure don't feel like freezing up my gauges or losing 200psi of gas to the cold. Iv'e got to cut a dozen or so spacers for the cross ribs and then I get to put the first part of the flat deck together. Have a thread going in the 73-79 forum 'Katy P loses her box', this is my dd so it'll have to look good. Good weather for a few days, +12 for halloween, scarry.

Lots of frost on the pumpkins this morning, think the whole province got it, looks like snow on my yard. The radio says it goes away this aft and its good and warm til after halloween. Everything in shop is frosty and its to cool to weld for me. I dont winterize as fast as I used to. Oh well guess I start at 2 and go til its to late to make noise.

7* and cloudy here. No snow though. Every day without snow means on day less with snow.
