Leveling Springs Didn't Quite Level It: Spring Isolator Dimensions or Height Fixes for 1990 F150

1990 Ford F150 Custom, 2wd, 4.9 L6, no suspension modifications up until this project.

Replaced the shocks with the appropriate Rancho 5000's all the way around and decided to add new Skyjacker leveling coil springs up front. Everything went on great and rides fine, but upon measuring the wheel-well height I am still sitting just shy of 1" lower in the front. I did not replace the spring isolators that sit between the coil springs and the spring seats, but I can't imagine new ones add much height. I would like to get it leveled out prior to shelling out for new tires and an alignment.

Anyone know of spring spacers that will bump the height up about 1"?

Better yet, anyone know the dimensions of the spring isolator pads? It looks like there are some out there offered by Energy Suspension and others that have various heights and could raise the height just a touch, but without tearing apart the front end again I don't know the dimensions. Figured this approach would kill two birds with one stone, new pads and some added lift.

Unrelated note, is it possible to fix the camber issue that the leveling springs caused? |\------/|
