Yea I'm stuck in a giant steel building, fixing Broken fords. So depending on what i'm doing I could be outside in the dirt or inside a toaster oven.

 

Mechanic work is tough. Especially winter. Cold and road salt filled slush

 

Good morning woodchucks and woodchuck wannabees. Cloudy but a whole lot cooler today. I'll take that over yesterday's heat and humidity any day. Just a few showers this AM. Going to go for a run and then veg out for the rest of the day. Tomorrow I have to run back to Monpeculiar for a meeting at 0830, but it's an excuse to ride the motorcycle into town so that's OK. Camp is all sorted out. Love my Ford - had to be close to the 18K GVW coming up - full tank of gas, two big motorcycles, load of wood in the truck bed, all the camping gear for a month. Took 14 to Hardwick and then 15 to Hyde Park then 100 to 100C. Lots of steep uphill coming out and no trouble at all maintaining 50-55 MPH and not really even working. No temp issues either, even at 86 and muggy. This truck just rocks and that with a 3.55 rear end and 20" wheels. I can't imagine needing a 4.11 or whatever rear end. Have a great day. Photos later. Good morning Shawn. A little more like september weather today. that "full tank of gas" should stay full other than for evaporation. Since your truck runs on diesel and urea. LOL Have fun on the cycle and unwinding. I think you know this, but I'm jealous
