Only if employees are truth worthy. Problem with not driving the crew is you can watch the crew. I have seen too many companies names go to crap due to owner not being on site.

your are correct, it would just take pennies to purchase the humiliating diesel you own, get a real diesel, then talk. i guess if i owned a diesel with such a poor reputation, i would be bitter too.
