After owning 3 regular cab trucks with 8 foot beds, I now have a Supercab with a short bed. When the time comes to get a new truck, it will be a crew cab with an 8 foot bed and I'll probably still wish I had more room for people and stuff.

That is one of the main reasons i like a regular cab. The more room there is in a vehicle, the more my kids will try to fill it with junk. My 3 daughters range from 3 to 13 and they think they have to bring everything from stuffed animals, snacks, books, 3 changes of clothes, coloring books, crayons, barbies, jewelry etc, every time we run to town. The last thing I want is that stuff in my truck.

Wait. So you mean I'm not supposed to fill the back seat up to the windows with junk because I'm too lazy to only take the things I need?
What else am I supposed to put in the back since I'm usually riding alone?
Obviously the 6.2 guys are meager peasants that can't afford a diesel.

This coming from someone who's truck is now 8 model years behind.
A two door truck is great for the boy that drives to work and wants to feel like a man by doing "manly" jobs on weekends. Men that own companies that requires a crew depend on the four doors.

Problem? I am not the one that had to settle for a gas truck.

Successful men that own companies don't have to drive employees around - they are provided their own trucks. The owner gets to drive what he wants. just saying !

If diesel is better why are so many purchasing the 250 with 6.2?
