Anyone having trouble with Landfills taking Glycerine?

On a separate note, I was taking the empty cubies to the dump, and was told that per the director I couldn't bring the Glycerine in anymore (been doing it for several years). I wonder what the logic is behind this. I made a raised garden for my wife this spring, and have dumped some in the garden, resulting in the tomatoes, zucchini, peppers and cucumbers going nuts...
