Enjoy it while you can, drink, party, make low grade bad decisions (just not real big long term life affecting one's) and get it out of your system while your can, and while having as much fun as legally possible.

Ok and nothing that makes U-tube, that will haunt you for the rest of your life. Unless it way cool and involves Ford trucks! Like "8-Ball" style big.

One day, the next day will not be so fun and you get tired of those, at least I did. I wasted a lot of money and Saturdays being hung over. But have a ton of memories (that I can not reveal on the internet due to legalities and the fact some peoples names had to be changed....dang u tube....lol

Until then "let'er rip tater chip", don't be a nimby, cause my name is Bennett and I ain't in it.

I had a guy show to do some welding on his '56 Chevy. He said he a few holes he wanted welded up. For the record, "a few" = 43!

Maybe I'll get to the '49 after lunch.

Thanks to Rich I managed to stumble my way in to the right month.

Thanks to some well placed fans, I've got most of the floor dried up so I can finish up screwing the floor down. I'm relying on buckets, pails, and whatever will hold water to try to keep them dry. Tomorrow, I'm going to call the guy who did the roof on the house to see what can be done about the shop roof. I'm hoping that it can just be seal coated with something rather than having to splurge for a new one...

I've just about had my fill of complications keeping me from getting anything done...

Doesn't look too bad as long as you ignore the buckets...

looking good dave... do ya think a cheap tarp held down by old tires might keep it dry in there until you can get the roof fixed

Looks great!

I got the front cross member in the '49 Ford. The guy has pieces cut and ready to weld together, but trying to cut many pieces from a cardboard template makes it almost impossible to fit everything together in steel. I usually make ONE cardboard template, make that piece, then make the next piece. I got the three pieces of the actual cross member welded together and I was already an inch off of the template. I just made new plates to tie into the frame and had to re-cut the angles on the cross member. He basically wasted the time and effort to have the other pieces cut.
