yeah, I might have to buy more land. I picked up another ford diesel, I bought a 89 f250 last month. but it will get stripped and scrapped once I get everything I need off of it.

Bart, if you ever come across gray cupholders for Superduties, or even a center console in gray cloth, I'd be interested! I have what I think they call the 60/40 style, where the console flips up and you have the center seat. My cup "ejectors" are jacked up too on the dash!

Is everybody else in the state getting tons of FOG? Flagstaff is pretty much waking up to a huge amount every single day right now........bizarre weather.

 

Bart what engine is in the 89 F250 you are tearing apart?

I also have an '89 f250 with the 460 in it that needs to go away

 

if the center makes a seat and the driver and passenger seats are bucket it is a 40/20/40 seat.
most of the junk trucks I buy are from the ranches and they are destroyed. I normally get them for 1 or 2 parts and than send them to scrap.

 

Dang. I have been looking for a nice 351W or 302 for the stang but every one that I have found has been junk.

Yep that is the setup. The upholstery on the top of my console is pretty hammered, and it appears to be all built in, not repairable. So I figured I would just keep my eyes peeled, and replace it eventually! My cupholders are junk too......stretched by too many Gatorade bottles!

 

Wow Travis surprised you don't like the 40/20/40 seat.
Our current 02 F250 has the 40/20/40 seat and personally I like it over the console one because the console isn't the biggest capacity (our last 02 F250 had the console). Only thing I liked about the console is the clip board attached to it.
Have you looked into the 08 console swap for the super duties?




I guess all this fog is making the UPS guys forget how to drive.
2 delieveries were postponed till 8 at night yesterday and the day before. Thinking it is because of flats or the way they drive those poor trucks.

Trav, I don't dislike it, I just need a new one. The upholstery on top is cracked/split beyond repair, and I don't think it can just be skinned with new material. My cupholders that are shot, are the "ejector" type that are on the dash. The newer style are MUCH better, I'm just too cheap to shell out $100 bucks haha

 

Oh ok. Ya the ones in the dash suck. I think we only use them to keep a couple water bottles up their. I always forget their is ones in the dash on super dutys since really that is the only thing that sits their.


(You ought to be happy you have any cup holder mom's envoy has only one cup holder and it is top of the line. LOL)

Well the "super storm" of 2014 is a "super bust" so far! Nothing but rain, and a little slush so far in Flagstaff. What a weird winter thus far........WE NEED SNOW!

 

Looks like we might finally get some snow afterall this week. I have the plow mounted up, ready to roll!
