Exclamation 2007 Escape brake issues

Front brakes chattering when braking/coasting to a stop. Have changed pads, rotors (twice in 4 months), calipers, bearings, control arms. Quiet for about 3,000 miles. Can now feel brakes pulsating again. Slide pins lubed. Anybody experience this? I don't know what to try next!

Only thing I can think of is the rod between master cylinder and booster there is a rod and if the rod is to long it will cause the brakes to drag. If you unbolt m/c and it pushs forward the rod is to long. 2nd thought might be the brake pads arent moving freely in the bracket and causing them to stick. Ive had to file the tabs alot on the pads to remove burrs so pads will slide in and move freely.
