bubbatronics - coil conflict

This is a minor issue but since I am trying to get the truck running well I find I am adjusting the timing a little here and there so it has come up several times. I have installed a bubbatronics distributor and have kept (for now) the original coil location. The tops of these two units conflict making it difficult to make adjustments. Do other Bubba users have this issue? The old distributor was shorter (or at least the cap was).

That's awful tight, I'd move the coil to the inner fender. I have an MSD that is based on the GM dizzy, but the cap appears to be taller, so it clears.

Did you have to make up those MSD wires? If so, check the terminals closely. I had one that pulled back into the boot and wasn't actually snapping onto the plug. It was right next to it, so it "worked" but caused some strange issues.
