Please recommend a flathead tuning expert

Trying to get my dad's 51 running decent. Can anyone recommend a flathead expert in SW Ontario? Has no power, running very hot, and have to keep pedalling the gas to keep it running. I don't have a lot of time or knowledge to tinker with it myself.
