I never heard any noise on my truck. Take it to your dealer. It is hard to diagnose a noise over the internet without some sort of documentation or videos.
Good luck with your problem. It is also a holiday weekend and many that would normally chime in are away with family.

are you sure you're holding the brake pedal firmly down. I've noticed on mine that if you aren't firmly pushing the pedal the truck will want to try and take off a bit and the trans will clunk coming out of park. This truck seems to be more sensitive to this than the F150's I've had. Maybe it's because I have the 4.30 gears and it takes more to keep the truck stopped.

X2 - I noticed some clunking initially when shifting from R to D when my F-250 was new, and I realized that I was not coming to a complete stop with foot on the brake before shifting. Now my truck has 3000 miles on it and I never notice the clunking. Not sure if that is because it is more broken in or I am more careful to stop completely before shifting.

there is actually a TSB out there that explains this. Driveline lash or something I think they call in the TSB.

It is considered normal. Welcome to the Super Duty club.
