It will be a few months before any noticable improvement.
I'd like to rewire it, clean or replace the gas tank, give it a tune up, and repair the brakes. That should be good enough for short, rural drives.
Then I'll decide whether to sell it or keep going with the upgrade.
I have no desire to customize it. I just want to drive an old truck.
