Solid build! That looks like a lot of piping. Is there a lot of turbo lag? What RPM are you getting max power and torque? Do you have a dyno sheet? Do you have any more pictures or video? Did you have to upgrade anything else with the engine, drivetrain, etc? Sorry for all of the questions, but I'm interested in the details.

 

Everything else is stock but what I listed. Old turbo maxed boost at 1200rpms

Cool project, but this isn't the way to turbocharge a vehicle. With a 1:1 fuel pressure regulator, your engine is not getting any additional fuel once it gets into boost.
