misfire, help!

hello everyone i have my 03 6.0 with 118K on it with an sct tuner, for a couple months now sometimes whenever i would manually down shift to slow down after i stopped the engine would have a missfire, then after i took off it went away. well today i got into the throttle a little hard to pass someone and afterwards it was missfiring, and it hasnt stopped, i let it cool down for an hour and a half while i went in to grab a bite to eat but then i drove home and it was still there, i bought some injector cleaner and added some hotshot to the oil, it ran ok for a little bit but then did it again, on my way home i shut it off while coasting a few times then fired it back up and it went away so i got on the throttle (thinking it would clean it out or something) but once i let off the trottle it was back. i got home plugged in my modis and it had cyl 6 and 8 contribution codes along with turbo perf a codes, i looked at the misfire monitor and all the even cylinders were showing misfires, but the odd ones werent, then i shut it off and tried to start it and it didnt want to start. it was trying it seemed but it wouldnt, what are yalls thoughts injectors or FICM? im leaning more towards the FICM now but wanted to be sure. if you need anymore info let me know!...I Havent tried starting it cold yet as it hasnt had the chance to cool down since this started, although weather its related or not when its cold it lacks power untill it warms up a little.
thanks in advance!

Also I let it cool down for 4+hours and it still misfired, when I first started it, it only misfired on #8 but after a few minutes of running all even cylinders were misfiring, and wouldn't start but acted like it wanted to, ficm volts read thru my modis was 48.5 running

You need to have your dynamic fuel pressure tested ( that is checked under load at wide open throttle ) it needs to be >45 PSI at all times including WOT, low fuel pressure kills injectors. You also need to do a bubble test. To do a bubble test remove the upper fuel filter and with cap and filter removed crank the engine over as shown in this video ( leave the key off so the fuel pump doesn't run) and watch for bubbles in the fuel filter housing,

My fuel pressure is at 48 or so. I have a gauge on my pillar, I can check the other things, I let it sit over night and it ran ok but smoked alot until it got hot then it was firing only on 4 cylinders but wasn't smoking

If fuel pressure is 48 psi at idle or while cruising steady, it will drop to 41 - 43 at WOT. ( my experience is FP drops 5-7 psi during WOT) Have you looked at the fuel psi gauge during a WOT romp?

Unfortunately that 39-42 psi is killing your injectors. Time for a $40 blue spring upgrade kit in the fuel pressure regulator, and probably some injectors as well.

Here's a place to buy the kit. http://www.riffraffdiesel.com/ford-f...ue-spring-kit/

I'd also check voltage for FICM, could be low, that will kill them also.

The 603 shows you disconnected the battery, the contribution ones say you have bad injectors.
