Considering buying a 2002 F-350 PSD. What should I look for and is it worth it?

Been looking around for a diesel for quite some time. Just recently ran across a beauty of a F-350 PSD CCSB and am considering buying, but I'm worried about what I should look for and be concerned about when going to look at it. It's no where near stock and has deletes and been programmed with TS 6 Pos Chip with NLTD Custom Tunes.

Here's a full list of what has been done to it

I've been told to be VERY cautious when buying a used Diesel as you have no idea what has really been done to it and how hard its been ran to dog ****. He's asking $15,600 for it which I honestly have no idea if that's a good price or not. Any information would be great and VERY helpful!

Thanks

First thing I would do is go through it and see if some of the stuff has actually been done. Obviously just the stuff you can actually put your hands on. But that's just me.

Just me but this truck has had to much stuff done to it from probably a dozen different people. Even if the person has all the receipts I still don't usually trust what most say and you don't know the quality of the work. I would rather have a more virgin truck and do it my way and know who and how it's been done.

pull the plug on top of the hi pressure oil reservoir and see if anyone ever changed the top end oil out....... thanks to the anti-drainback valves to keep the injectors oiled up, the oil doesn't drain out of the top end when you do an oil change. If it's clean on the dipstick, and black as nite in the reservoir, offer them 8k.
