Ok i have been searching and reading for weeks........ checked fuses and connections,i swaped wiper motor, i cleaned multi fuction switch went to j/y got 3 "black boxes".... checked them out no cracks.... still nothing works ... i wanna put a three way toggle on the dash for high and low.... dont care if. They dont park themselves.. middle off one way high one way low... what pins need ground wich ones get 12volts for high and wich ones for low... thanks very much.

 

Before you keep throwing things at it, check the wiper control box. It's under the dash on the passenger side, see that the connection is tight and clean, if not you could try a replacement.
