Rebuilder's Tag

I pulled this tag off my engine while I had it out. It was riveted to the head on the driver's side. Though the block is date correct for a 62, it has parts from multiple years (e.g. vintage 1959 manifold), so I think it was bought as an off-the-shelf replacement at some point in the past.

I'm guessing "Power-Pak" is the name of the rebuilder, maybe? Anyone familiar with them or the quality of their work?

Google it and find your same question from Mopar and Chevy guys. Must have been an aftermarket rebuilder.

Not sure if it was an "authorized Ford rebuilder". One of those was Tam rebuilders in Tacoma WA, but there must have been one or more in CA at the time.

Quality of work? Probably ok, but you should check the bore I suppose along with everything else.
