HELP!

My 68 won't start "cold." By cold, I mean first thing in the morning. It acts like it's not getting gas. I can wait till the afternoon any it'll usually fire right up. It's odd to me. It's cold natured like all old Fords but my 240 six is a real grumpy ***. I've put 2 carbs on it since December. I'm getting gas to the carb and since it'll run in the evenings, I'm assuming it's getting gas thru the carb. Someone help me, PLEASE!!

Have you tried adjusting the choke? That's where I would start.

Pump the gas pedal 3 times and if that don't help then, I'd say adjust the choke settings as noted by other poster..
