I have a 2007 F-150 XLT 4WD Super Crew Cab, with 5.4 Triton, the thrust washers fell out and now the cam walks, going to put another engine in it, but with the cam walk and 3 piece spark plug issues, is there a recommended place to buy a new engine? Is there another engine that will fit?

Get a crate engine directly from ford, comes oil pan to valve cover with a 36,000 3 year warranty. switch over a few things, and you set to go. price it out through a couple dealers start with Silverstatefordparts.com Never had a problem, no guessing just install it.
