Fog light installation ideas needed

I need to install two LED fog lights on my Ford f 350 Dually. My truck did not come with fog lights from the factory(so there is no wires to tap into). The std wiring kits that are available online suggests to directly tap into battery. I’m not too sure of that. Any other ideas? Perhaps, splice another live source? I really want the lights to be on all the time (when the headlights are ON off course). My truck is now my daily driver (at least until I find another replacement for my Jeep…another Jeep? Tacoma?).

You could use a relay and tap into the headlights that way. Then you would have the fog lights on when the headlights come on and not draw power from the headlights wire. Although, switching from low to high beam may cause an issue depending on how they are wired.
