V10 vacuum hose identification?

My V10 Excursion was running really rough and threw codes P0171 and P0174.

I found the hose in the pics linked below has a hole. When I put my finger over the hole the idle immediately smoothed out.

Does this hose have a name? Part number? I'm trying to find a replacement before the duct tape lets loose that I used as a temporary fix.

The hose goes from up by the air intake down to the PCV valve.

Now I don't feel so bad about my V10 question not being answered. I have a slight lope when idling, but runs smooth above 1200 RPMs. My V10 is in an F53 motorhome chassis so my air intake doesn't look too much like your trucks. Did you get your problem fixed?

Your symptom indicates a vacuum leak. This is most likely the hose that the op was looking for:
