If I remember correctly they are on top of the motor (side of cylinder head) by the intake.

 

Just wanted to update everyone. The drop in oil prices hit me pretty hard, so it will be later this year on the new engine. I decided on 9:1 compression, trick flow heads with exhaust port work so I can run less exhaust duration, hps 5.4 intake and a procharger f-1d. I will post here when it is done but will probably be in the fall. Sorry for the delay.
