Another clueless seller, odometer reads to 99999.9 then returns to ZERO, 390's not available with 4WD.

Decimal point in the wrong place, this POS with butchered sheet metal should be no more than $15.00.

Yeah, definitely not a 390 unless PO put it in there. I thought only Kentucky had rednecks of this variety. I guess they're all over the place.

The seller never heard of proof reading either.
He says it has new bearings. I really wouldn't trust the sellers mechanical abilities so that doesn't add anything to the value.
Plus, just in the few pictures you can tell it's a POS. Might be good as the start of a mud buggy or something.
Also, in the body of the add, the seller says he has A title, not the title.
Looking as close as you can, it doesn't look like a bad project truck (for maybe $100). What kills it for me are the cut out wheel wells.
Definitely not worth the $1500.

You know, as much as all of us seem to enjoy posting Craigslist adds and either talking about what a great deal it is or mercilessly tearing the truck apart along with the add poster (there doesn't seem to be any in-between),
maybe the moderators should consider a new forum category .

Twise, please know that we are just joking around, making fun of the truck, not of you for posting it. Some guys here have started with worse, and who knows, that rough truck might be that sound basis for a nice restoration for someone.

Well I emailed the guy to see what he says about the engine and title. We'll see if he'll send me the VIN or not... or even reply

Looking at the pics my truck was in worse shape other then mine ran "barely". I paid $1200.00 originally and it came with 2" of rat nesting on the floor boards.

twise no need to be sorry, its all good. Sorry I did not put a "lol" on the end of my post.

That truck looks pretty tired and worn out, but you have to start somewhere I guess.
