Ok, here is my problem
My truck will drive for about a mile, the stalls out. It won't start for about 45 min, and then she will stall again once I drive. No codes at all.
This is what has been replaced,
Fuel pump
Fuel filters
Fuel regulator spring
Icp
Ipr
Oil cooler
Egr
Egr valve
Hpop
Ficm
And she still stalls out. No codes. Mechanic at a loss. Any ideas would sure help.

 

What happens to ICPV and IPR% when it stalls? Does it restart quickly after it sits for the 45 minutes, or does it crank over for a long time?

Verify low-pressure oil pressure at the oil filter base, or just pull the oil filter and cap and see if the housing fills up when you crank it.

 

Ipr stays in the good range. Ipc loses presure, well under 500. But then we unplug it. And it still won't start

 

It does take awhile to crank it, before it starts. But once it does it will idle all day long. We will try you suggestion on the oil filter. Thanks I'll let you know what we find out
