This change included a long 3000 mile road trip... evened out by more short trips than usual and some 4X4 fun.
As a general rule when I start it, it runs for an hour.
Gas is almost always Flying J / Conoco... habit from the diesel days.

When I have had my oil anylized, the only thing that they say is that the fuel is on the high side, both times it came back at 5% with viscosity showing a little low, otherwise the wear metals almost look just like yours, next oil drop is going to be done at op temps instead of just a brief warm up, things like magnesium and molybdenum seem to me like they are part of the oil additive package. I am using our fleets oil analysus company, I believe it to be Horizon, I work in a large trucking fleet and we have analysus done on all engines, so I don't really know how it would come out with Blackstone.
