Did some more digging and pulled my steering wheel apart. When I test the white jumper wire coming across , from left to right from the blue/ red wire, the led in the left side lights up?, but not the left. Stay with me franklin !!! I'm not giving up till these lights are working!!!

Take a scrap piece of wire, hook one end underneath the dash to a good grounded piece of metal, and touch the other to the metal part of the steering wheel itself. See if your light lights up. If it does, you have a grounding problem with the wheel.

I know some of the older trucks had a rubbing block down in the column that grounded the shaft as it turned. Some other brand vehicles run a jumper wire across the rag joint at the steering box, so the ground comes from the box. If you find this is your problem, I would recommend this method to fix it.

Well, i figured it out. The top light on the right, one of the power wires had broken off and therefore turned off all the lights. These lights run in sequence, so if one goes out they all go out. This would of been helpful to know, it would of kept me on the bulbs instead of other wiring issues since i was getting them to work when i bypassed the bulb that wasnt working. Anyways, I soldered in a piece of wire to make the connection and they all work. Awesome !!!!
