wierd readings yesterday

When I pulled my camper home from the fair yesterday(about 15 miles) I was watching my EOT and ECT on the scan gauge. The ECT sat about 200 degrees and the EOT was fluctuating all over from 146 to 200 more in the lower ranges. When it would settle it was usually with in 5 degrees of the ECT. Under normal unloaded everyday driving i usually see no difference in the two to maybe 5 degrees. Whats your guys thoughts on this?

Hook up your trailer and go for a long drive on flat ground at 55 to 65 mph. See what it does.
Could be something simple like the ac cycling reaking havoc with the oil cooler.

There is no way you can have oil temp lower than coolant temp on a warmed up engine with an oem cooler set up. Check the oil temp sender and wiring.
