Took mu f350 into the shop so they could replace my pinion seal and they did they installed a new Timken pinion seal drove the truck for about 100 miles got home and a lot of the rear end fluid seems to be all under the truck soaking wet dripping thought they might have over filled the rear end so drove it around my neighborhood and i hear a humming sound coming from the rear end please help called the shop they said they are not responsible

 

They say they aren't responsible for faulty work? I'd be willing to be your state's attorney general would "correct" their thinking on that. I wouldn't drive it any more, I'd have it towed there and politely request that they either fix it properly at their expense, or pay a competent shop to fix it.

 

Man i almost blew a gasket speaking with one of these idiots on the phone i dont trust them to touch my truck anymore i paid them like 200 bucks for parts and labor and it literally took them 42 mins from beginning to end of the job i just dont know what to do
