2004 expedition speedometer and shifting problem

Recently replaced my bad transmission with a junk yard transmission. Now the speedometer does not work and won't shift past 2nd gear. Speedometer only reaches 10 mph when actually traveling about 45. Have already changed speed sensor on transmission and did a reset of the pcm. Need some help please.

Thanks

Did you change the input sensor by mistake?
