Its been a while since iv been here i changed my oil and fuel filter yesterday after i was done it would not start i noticed the censor on the back of the hpop was a little lose . It throws p1280 p0340 p1211the battrys are now dead i tried pull starting it and it won't run by its self the tach does move when cranking I'm lost on this one nothing eles was touched while i was servicing it

 

Pull the oil filter to see if the bypass valve is still in the filter head.
If it fell out it won't build oil pressure to start

 

Every thing looked fine with the filter any other ideas i got it started and drove 2 miles shut it off and same thing agean I'm not shur what eles it could be

 

I have a customer with "96, last time I changed the oil there was no bypass valve in the filter head. I asked if he wanted me to fix it and he declined! drove the truck for 2 more years before selling it.

 

Found it the plug on top of the ipr on the back of the hpop
had broke a little will run but that why it wont start any one have a good write up on changeng the ipr
