engine swap

want to put a1998 4.6 out of a 4x4 f150 in a 2000 4x4 f150 that has a bad 5.4 in it. what do I have to change to make it work. besides the exhaust thanks

The ignition is not the same, the harness is not the same, the program in the PCM is not for a 4.6 as far as ignition timing curve as well as the fuel curves.
You have more hassle than just setting the motor in place.
