5.4l sohc swap to 32 valve 5.4

Hi have a 1998 f150 and want to swap to a 32 valve 5.4 from a 2002 navigator how difficult is this swap. aware of 3.55 gear to 3.73 more concerned about computer etc ?

Computer, trans, wiring harness, maybe gauges--it all has to come over as a unit to work "right". Cats & sensors too.

Hmm I will be buying the whole truck if I decide to do it. Do you know if the rear axle is a 8.8 or a 10.25 ? rear suspension is totally different ( still has 5 lugs ). sure would be nice to pick up 65 HP ! though
