Stu, do you have any information on the M-H panel? Is it original of did someone transplant a body on the 4X4 chassis? I didn't think they made M-H panels other than the Ranger.

That panel is now here in CT, sporting a pair of original axles! It belongs to a friend of mine, here in Hamden. It's really a nice looking truck. Definitely an original M-H, and almost completely rust free. It's gone to a good home.

The panel looks to have Fiat Power Wagon axles on it, be interesting to know if the frame is original or not. I saw a M-H panel out west years ago, it was not a Ranger.

Guess Chuck answered the question.

The axles were military 2 1/2 tons. Probably from a GMC. He did try to sell them, but no takers. If they were top loaders, somebody would have wanted them for a monster truck, but they weren't, so they went for scrap.

Hey Stu, what was that guys' name? Ottertail is about 15 miles from me. He might know where I can find a cab for my F4, maybe some other parts too. S'pose I could go up to the lumber yard and ask them but that makes me look too nosey. Smalltown folk can clam up pretty quick.Sorry if I'm nosey now, but I never knew they were there.Maybe I'll pick up that coupe, not.

I have a file somewhere on the 51 I bought but can't put my hands on it right now. Best I recall his name is Dave and he's a regular seller on eBay. User name something like Dave's54, but I'm real unsure on that. Stu

Thanks Stu. I'll have to do some pokin' around I guess. Went shopping for a replacement rear glass for the car today and saw some some old guys hangin' around the yard. The monkeyface had a booster behind the M/C. Would that make it an F5 or so? Also had the carb and manifolds still on.Tried to get a better look at it but the wasps had other plans I guess. They let me take their pics.
