It will not load up correctly, when I plug it into the truck it flashes two white screens. If I take it in to the laptop, it does the a same thing. Has anyone ever experienced this?

I already emailed sct about this issue but have yet to hear from them.

 

reset the unit. Mine has a very small hole where the SD card goes, use a paper clip to push the button inside the hole and see what happens. Call them... 407-774-2447

 

I tried doing both, the little reset button does nothing...tried calling too...they must be a very busy company...I was on hold for over a hour before I decided to hang up...thanks for the help though.

 

I stayed on hold yesterday for over an hour... just about to hang up and BAM.. it started ringing again and they answered. I will say, they walked me thru to the end.

When I was having a problem I used Email.
Very fast to answer and we got the problem
figured out. Turned out to be the USB port
on the desktop computer was not putting out
enough power to start the unit.

Plugged it into the laptop and bingo it worked.

Sent the unit in to SCT, they replaced the lcd screen. Works great now.

 

Did u find an answer to ur problem iam having the same issue

 

If you read the (2 year old) post right above yours, you will see he had the screen replaced by SCT and it fixed the problem.

 

I had this problem when plugged into laptop, tried a different USB port on it (a USB3 port) and it booted right up.
