Six Cali's looks like too many to me... A separate state just for Silicon Valley??? No wondered it never passed.

I'd group them into three states...

1- Jefferson and Nor Cal, call it North California.

2- Silicon and most of Central Cali going horizontal on the southern border, call it Central California.

3- West and South Cali, call it South California.
