Mercury Black Max 225hp outboard engine for parts or rebuild. Serial number: 5976636. The starboard,bottom piston is fried(cylinder doesn't look too bad). I bought it about a year ago thinking I'd fix it but ended up using a different engine for the project and don't have the time/money to rebuild this one. Engine turns over freely and it looks like all the parts are there.

No prop
No power trim pump/motor(these engines use an external pump that mounts inside the hull).
The lower unit is siezed up.

Located on Vashon Island, WA but could meet you around Seattle or Tacoma

$300 for the whole thing or I will sell individual parts.
