early 2003 6.0 powerstroke rough idle/overdrive

Hello every one I am new to the forum and I am in need of assistance!
I have a 2003 6.0 that idles rough after warming up. Sometimes idles rough cold also.
Ficm stays between 48-48.5
New icp. And at 23.2 at idle
Ipr around 650 at idle and 3600 WOT
Stand pipe oring look good and have been replaced.
Blue spring upgrade done.
Fresh oil Rotella T6
fresh fuel and oil filters (motorcraft)
Please help I don't know where to go from here short of the dealer for some highway robbery!
No smoke
No codes current or pending (scanguage 2)
No coolant loss
Voltage stays around 13.4 - 13.5

These should be switched around (In Red)

So if your IPR% is 23.3% at HOT idle then looks like a HPO Problem that's about what I had when my 03 HPOP went out

Retest thje truck for ICP--ICPV--IPR%
Take values at KOEO for all 3^^

Then Get it up to 185* EOT for Idle & 2500rpm Tests

So we are looking for 3 values for each sensor KOEO--Idle--2500rpm (Are you with me)?????

If work has been done lately might want to check and make sure all your plugs are good and tight on the ficm.

If it was running good try to get these values when it acts up sometimes worn orings will move around

Try the same thing except for Baro--MAP--MAFV

The truck was running a little rough when these were taken with a noticeable shimmy. It is more noticeable when driving and the truck goes into overdrive.

Boost is building hitting 22-23 if I really get on it. I just cleaned all cac surfaces and resealed with rtv and factory clamps. Sometimes the truck runs rougher than others while doing testing I did have a hard hot start 1 time. The next day it started right up just like any other time hot or cold. Is the baro and mafv something I should be able to do on the scanguage 2?

Also the VGT sits around 80? At idle. And when running rough idle rpms will jump around 590-680.

Check all these

VGT% and almost every sensor would be Tested same as before KOEO--Idle--2500rpm

The CEL almost has to be On for SGII to read the code so you could also stop by a Oreillys or autozone and try a different code reader

Have you cleaned the EGR Valve??

Do you have something other than the sg2 to check for codes? I would see what is there.
