I deff had a leak issue. I changed to a 180 thermostat and just about 175ish there was a pop followed by a serious supply of liquid and steam. Shut her down walked up front, and I need to redo my lower radiator hose lol.
I'm still chasing small coolant leaks on the old F250. But, I am happy with what I have accomplished so far. I have a ways to go before June, when I need to take it from El Paso, Tx to Pheonix, Az to pick up a table.

Ahh okay.
Yeah my truck has a long way to go before it's daily driver. And the whole time I need to break it in still.
Good thing I have a turbo mustang to dd lol
I keep loosing oil. I'm not sure if it's the type of washer on my oil pan, or what.a couple bolts develop a drip over time and if I let it idle. There is all kinds of little leaks, but if I drive it and park, there is only a few?
I can change oil pan though if I need to without pulling my motor. Might be looking at a trans soon though...

What I found worked for my old oil pan was to get a plastic washer, and put it between the copper one and the pan. This will act as a seal on the pan.

Well not much to update. Fixed all my leaks.
Put an air cleaner On(modified a old idi air cleaner yes I'm proud of that)
getting a lift kit here shortly along with my afr in the mail.
Drives great. Kinda an issue tho.
45 mph is 1000rpms in fifth...and 65 is 1500... Lol. She doesn't have the cruise at 1200-1800 like she used to(now it just flys up to 2k) I haven't finished breaking in or even done a decent chip into it so I won't go much over that.

quick update!

changed trans to another one, had my flywheel come loose so i put in a trans that didnt grind going into 4th, and a bw1356, now i dont have 4wd linkage.
my quickfuel has given me a million issues, im deployed again and shes getting a dual clifford setup when i get back and hopefully shell run much better! also my brand new internal master cylinder went out now.

ftf said i should expect to be able to hit i think it was 6500 with no problem! so ill probably got to 5500 ont he dyno when i feel like shes nice and broke in.

unfortunately, i get out of the usmc shortly after getting back so i cant put too much into my truck, and the wife wants her real wedding like i promised, so between that and no longer having as high of an income, i need her dd and no more tinkering, too much.

when i did drive her, oh man! she was a monster and i couldnt stay out of the throttle. driving a turboed mustang was fun and all, but you just got so much throttle and the turbo took it away, this monster under my hood just lives for that long slow pull. id take off and go slowly through second and when id hit third id go about 65% throttle and just let her climb to about 3500, or 75mph(70mph road) and she just goes, no less power, just enough torque to hold your head back and not want to let go.

i did do a 3k race with my friend in his 05 subaru impreza wagon. i call it a 3k race because i wouldnt shift over 3k and he couldnt keep up bouncing at the rev limiter i can only imagine what shell do with 4.10 or 4.56...and dual carbs
