2004 Lincoln Navigator - 5.4 Intech - P2197 O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Lean (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
Hello Everyone,
Looking for some expert advice. Been fighting this lean condition on my 04' Navigator. Hoping I can get someone to isolate my issue as to which cylinder on the driver side is causing my issue. I know it can be a number of these:
Oxygen (O2) or A/F ratio sensor or sensor heater malfunction
Open or short in O2 sensor circuit (wiring, harness)
Fuel pressure or fuel injector problem
Faulty PCM Intake air or engine vacuum leaks
Faulty fuel injector(s)
Fuel pressure too high or too low
PCV system leak/fault
A/F sensor relay faulty
MAF sensor malfunction
ECT sensor malfunction
Fuel pressure too low
Fuel leak Air suction in air intake system
Little background, has new plugs, cops, AIC cleaned, MAF cleaned, new cats, all new O2's, new DPFE, new air & fuel filter and new elbow at intake from PCV. Everything stock. Need someone to read the some of the live data posted below:

Looking for some expert advice. Been fighting this lean condition on my 04' Navigator. Hoping I can get someone to isolate my issue as to which cylinder on the driver side is causing my issue. I know it can be a number of these:
Oxygen (O2) or A/F ratio sensor or sensor heater malfunction
Open or short in O2 sensor circuit (wiring, harness)
Fuel pressure or fuel injector problem
Faulty PCM Intake air or engine vacuum leaks
Faulty fuel injector(s)
Fuel pressure too high or too low
PCV system leak/fault
A/F sensor relay faulty
MAF sensor malfunction
ECT sensor malfunction
Fuel pressure too low
Fuel leak Air suction in air intake system
Little background, has new plugs, cops, AIC cleaned, MAF cleaned, new cats, all new O2's, new DPFE, new air & fuel filter and new elbow at intake from PCV. Everything stock. Need someone to read the some of the live data posted below:

First off, no one is going to sit here and read line by line what you posted. You should've listed your symptoms and the conditions to create them, then waited for a response. Instead you threw out everything but the kitchen sink and then expected everyone to take an hour out of their day to try and sort it out for you. Second, there are many experts here, but I refer you back to the above.

I bet if you PAID for that expertise, you'd get a quicker response. Ford dealers would probably take your money!

I still looking for solution to fix it, and I heard you get your fixed, Could you please help me out? I wonder how you did it and what parts need to replace. If that is the case then the kid doesn't know how to use the forum properly. That is their fault not ours. As long as the kid knows that Ford/Lincoln are not the only auto builder that have problems. So basically any vehicle has no issues until it does. It's just a gamble

ok here what I found what wrong with my 04 Navigator. 1st there are PVC valve is bad, 2nd Fuel filter is bad,3rd the Vacumm eLbow craked cause Vacumm leak, 4th the 2 short small Tube along the EGR valve 1 of them is cracked lastly 1 coil voltage was leaking cause the rear speaker popping while driving or stopping at the light or stop side. I also check the MAF sensor and clean it out with Mass Sensor cleaner. Also threw in a set of plugs. That pretty much is. I can believe she run great. I had not see this many horse power from her since I got her. I thought about trade her in for the QX 56 or Armada,but not no more. So these are the basic you should look for be4 throw punch of $$$$ to the dealer ship. Now all my cylinders performing good. Brothers and sisters are working full speed together as they should.

Oh yeah! I think I spent around $300, $50 MAF used from Ebay, oil changed around $32, 2 coolant $25, set elite plugs, around $20, Vacumm kit $57 ebay, and $3 for the EGR tube at the auto part! $20 air Fuel filter, $20 fuel filter! $20 for just the elbow to fix it temperary while wait for ebay part ship home, cause I need it run to get to the job! !$20 on cleanning fluid and $20 for Cigarette and drinks! Lol pretty close to $300, cause I did order the Intake gasket $30 use yet!
